Allan J. Giesbrecht, P.E.
President
Mr. Giesbrecht has thirty-three (33) years of experience in the mechanical engineering design of building heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, and performance specifications for building fire protection systems. His specialized expertise includes design services for central energy plants, healthcare facilities, office buildings, educational facilities, government buildings, research facilities and special use buildings. His expertise also includes conducting energy conservation studies and analyses for new and existing buildings. Mr. Giesbrecht has extensive experience in the management of engineering projects, including prime role as project manager for multidisciplinary design teams, and overall firm management. He has also provided owner representation services including oversee design build, design assist, mechanical systems commissioning and construction administration.
